Common mistakes to avoid

PEC Chandigarh does NOT offer B.Arch

Punjab Engineering College (PEC), now a deemed university in Chandigarh, does not offer B.Arch. The only B.Arch in JAC Chandigarh is CCA Sector 12.

NATA is NOT accepted

JAC Chandigarh requires JEE Main Paper 2A score. Even a top NATA score cannot get you into CCA through JAC.

Only 6 of 40 seats are open to Outside Chandigarh

CCA reserves 32 seats for Chandigarh local candidates. Just 6 are open to Outside Chandigarh applicants. Closing ranks for Outside are very competitive (around 164 General in 2025).

Total programme cost is exceptionally low
