One ID per letter
Every letter we issue has its own Letter ID and QR code. An ID that is not in our records means the letter did not come from us.
Our record, not the paper
The result shows the name, role and dates exactly as we issued them. Compare them with the letter you have. Any difference means it was changed.
Sealed at issue
Each letter is sealed with a digital signature over its details and the exact PDF. An edited file or an altered record fails the check.
